Late Registration Fee:
$50.00 after September 3

Jersey Deposit:
$75 cheques ONLY
(Please date cheque April 1, if jersey/socks not returned by April 1, 2010 cheque will be cashed.)

All players MUST have a copy of your birth certificate

Season begins last week in September and will end March 2010
