APPOINTMENT 2

  • Orientation to resistance equipment
  • Explain different types of equipment
  • Demonstrate form and technique for
    each piece of equipment integrated into
    exercise program
  • Demonstrate how to select, load and
    adjust equipment for proper resistance
  • Explain how many reps and sets one
    should do

Fit and Firm
WITH SHANNON JACKSON (CPT)

A muscle toning and strengthening class just for women! Workouts focus on all major muscle groups designed to shape your physique, tone your body, improve your energy and put a smile on your face! Teaching also focuses on proper form and technique. Bi-weekly weigh-ins and measurements will be logged.

She's Fit

This is a new fitness program for girls age 13-17. This program will introduce a variety of exercise's to keep things FUN, interesting and challenging.
